Program Overview

The Healthcare Board Initiative (HcBI) is an executive development program designed to prepare experienced healthcare leaders for board and governance roles. The program focuses on the practical skills, perspectives, and judgment required to contribute effectively at the board level.

Through immersive learning, real-world casework, and direct engagement with seasoned board leaders, HcBI equips participants to move confidently from operational leadership into strategic oversight and governance.

This year HcBI is scheduled for September 15-16, 2026.
